Alternative to Converse shoes

I was getting disappointed with the quality of Converse boots before this whole thing kicked off. My partner suggested I try the French brand Paladium. The quality is much better. Apparently, the French paras use them. All I can say is they are more comfortable and last longer than my Converse ever did.

Ethletic (https://ethletic.com/) - it's a German company (https://ethletic.com/en/kontakt_en/imprint/), the shoes are fairtrade certified, vegan and produced in Pakistan. I also like Victoria Shoes (https://www.calzadosvictoria.com/) which are produced in Spain (but they have a strange scent).

Or just buy one of the numerous no-name clones.

I'm willing to bet that most of them are made in China, which is famously not a part of Europe

And this Palladium Brand is owned by Xtep, which is a chinese company. If you take a look at the website, there is no indication that they are producing in France itself. Which is totally something you would find on such a website if they were producing in France
