House music or UK drill usually, sometimes drum and bass. Ive tried listening to podcasts or lectures in the gym and it just doesn’t work for me I need something hype

Rap for me. The more aggressive type is better for workouts I'd say, even when the text doesn't have any deep message behind it. Tho I always appreciate when they're spitting facts.
