Only in broad daylight

how is that shitty. an infinite ammount of light is quite powerful. it's basically infinite energy. you can blind everyone around you during the day. snipers can't aim at you. you can power the biggest laser ever and who knows what.

you can only use it in daylight though. The hours you'd need it most, you can't do anything with it

You could get paid to power some solar panels that would otherwise be in the shade

ThatGuyNamedZeus@feddit.org · 1 pts · 1y (2 replies)

why would solar panels be in an area that gets shaded?

TargaryenTKE@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y (1 reply)

We need the renewable energy and sometimes tall buildings get in the way or cloud coverage is heavy in that area

ThatGuyNamedZeus@feddit.org · 1 pts · 1y

Well the power only works in broad daylight, cloud cover and shade would disable it

Ah yes, puns

"Hi dad! I just got back from studying a-broad!"

"Oh really? Which Broad?"

Since human skin is actually bioluminescent (to an insanely small degree that is only registered by instrumentation), I already produce infinite light. 😌

So it really is a shitty super power
