If not bot accounts, then probably old users making new accounts due to being auto-permabanned and not being able to get anywhere with the shitty AI support to restore it, and they aren't subtracting banned accounts from the total user count.

It would depend on the kind of time travel machine it is. Am I physically there, like most fiction or is it just a "time telescope" like the film Payday?

If it was just remotely viewing, I'd check out a lot more stuff like the meteor that killed the dinosaurs and other stuff I wouldn't wanna see if it meant putting myself in danger.

Literally watch the thing fall and hit the ground, but when I reach down to pick it up, it isn't where I saw it come to a rest. What the fuck is up with that?

I Think You Should Leave is the best modern sketch comedy show. Can't wait for the next season.

Even back when In Living Color and MadTV were around, there wasn't much else besides SNL. I don't even recall if ILC and MadTV were concurrent with each other outside of reruns of ILC. The only other shows I even remember were Roundhouse and All That on Nickelodeon. And those were intended for kids.

Like, you are kinda right in one way, but there's a difference between owning the intellectual property vs owning a thing.

It should be understood by most people that they are not buying the IP. They do, however, expect to own the product they paid for.

The company is trying to equate owning the IP to owning every copy of the product they sell with the right to revoke your access to the thing you bought and not have to give you your money back. That is their argument. This is some bullshit, and everyone knows it.

Who (and how did they) misunderstood MGS? Kojima isn't exactly subtle.

And considering that Venom isn't even the real Big Boss, and Big Boss was only a true villain in the original Metal Gear, when he had zero backstory and wasn't even cool enough to get more than a fucking placeholder name, it's weird seeing him up there. 2 and 5 pretty much show his goal was to destroy the illuminati as well as take care of war vets who got fucked over by their government. He's only a villain to the shitty fascist governments controlled by The Patriots. He's way more of an anti-hero than an actual villain.

It's like calling Neo from The Matrix a villain because he killed innocent people who were tools of the enemy without their knowledge.
