Maybe email the people at refurb.io and tell them to get on it. We have loads of datacenters here in Canada and I'm sure companies are liquidating old hardware regularly. I wonder where it ends up here.

https://usedservers.ca/ sometimes has some, but they are mostly enterprise SaS drives

They don't always list everything either, if you're looking for something specific it's worth giving them a call. Well tested and warrantied stuff too. Good people.

SPD have increased their prices over theast few months BTW. I compared with the last drives I got sometime last year and there was a significant bump.
I have a couple of spares but if we don't find a decent alternative, I might look at AliExpress tbh.
