i may not be high on the list definitely on it. it goes down as: illegals --> people with work permit ---> people with green cards ---> naturalized citizens ---> born citizens from non-citizens ---> citizens that dislike the regime

Edit to say: I'd also mention that the majority of those with a criminal record are for minor, non-violent offenses such as shoplifting and trespassing. Only about 12 (!) have any violence in their criminal record whatsoever, with some of those holding mere accusations of such.
