Rally attendance claims differ from reality for both major parties

Actual head counts differ greatly from the claims of the parties. Conservatives claimed 15 000 at Edmonton but it was actually 1558. Liberals claimed 2 000 in Richmond but it was actually 800.

Nit: the NDP and Bloc are major parties, they're just not the two dominating this one race

It is critical we don't forget the other choices we have and fall into a two party system.

I am actively political and have been my entire life. I go to protests, I’ve campaigned for candidates, I’ve been a member of political parties, voted in leadership contests and do so at every level of government.

I’ve never once attended a political rally. They just strike me as creepy and weird.
