I’ve always wondered what makes a wrap different than a burrito since it, too, is wrapped in a tortilla.

In my mind a wrap is a specific type of burrito. A wrap is just a sandwich in a tortilla, so it'd be things like cold cuts and things you put on a sandwich

Culturally? I’m not positive. Personally? Damn straight that’s a burrito.
When I make burritos at home, they’re almost exclusively made with leftovers.

To me, a burrito is a subset of wrap (which is a subset of sandwich).
A burrito is a wrap using a tortilla base and usually has texmex (or similar) fillings.
I would call your thing a wrap (non specific), but ultimately it doesn't matter what it's called so long as it's yummy and people understand what you are talking about

If there was any doubt: you got yer beans, beef, cheese, green leafies, onions, corn, peppers (okay it's paprika but still) coriander, cumin, and lime, all pretty traditional elements. The unfamiliar flavors? That's fusion, baby! A delicious and healthy fusion burrito. Also practical, using leftovers, that's grandma-approved.
