Bait 'n Switch Dining, LLC: a series of restaurants with outrageously stereotypical names that serve a completely different style of cuisine than the name implies.

For example:

La Fiesta (Thai)

Mamma Mia's (ramen and poke bowls)

Golden Dragon (BBQ pit)

Kyoto Express (hand-tossed pizzas)

Café Blanc (shitty Subway knockoff)

Bonus points to have multiples of the same restaurant name in the same cities with wildly different menus

Or multiple with the same/similar names where one is actually really amazing and the other is using cheap ingredients and putting them together poorly.
