Do you ever use mixed loops?

By mixed loops, I mean e.g. loop samples with drums AND synths mixed together, or multiple instruments, or multiple weird percussion sounds, etc. I don't mean mixed drums.

I ask because it seems like they often float around the 'web on free sample sites, and they seem useless, but I wonder if someone does actually use them?
