Lots of details here (including a 400-page encyclopedia in the collector's edition!). Also some growing concern about localization inconsistencies that will hopefully get cleaned up by the release.

Oh cool, didn't realise they were remaking this! Love the Trails series, my only issue is the (newer) games take so long to go on sale at a good price

The story of this game blew me away. I haven't played lot of the series but you'll be mega satisfied playing this and the second part whenever they release it.
There is a third game/part but it gets a bit strange, story-wise and is not needed to fulfill the main story they were trying to tell.

To be clear, the main story in 3rd is kind of a side story for the Sky arc itself, but the rest of the game is massively important for the rest of the Trails series.
