I think it's nice that they have stuck as close to original as possible, but I skipped most of the demo and the trailer. Going to play it anyway, so decided to discover things while playing.
BTW it's $60 digital, $70 physical officially. Don't know how Amazon price these things though.
Wow, that's a high price. I may have skipped that.
As for liking LEGO, I don't care much about general LEGO, though used to love it when young. I still like the LEGO sets though, where you make something specific. And if the set is related to something I like, then that's great, which in this case is (except for the price though, which isn't great at all).
You are our Head of VNs, you don't have to worry about such things! 😀
I am very happy that we are finally getting a good 2D FF game. Hope they keep it like Zelda going forward releasing both 2D and 3D games in the series. And as my friend suggested, remake of earlier FF games in HD-2D will also be great.
I am a casual fan, as in I like the genre, but I haven't played many games and have yet to actually finish one.
As for starting from 3rd EO game, I'll probably find it difficult to do. Have this weird need to start from the earliest game, at least when it's playable on current systems. I'll keep it in mind though, and if I feel like dropping the first one, will give 3rd one a chance.
Hope we get rest of the games in the series too, as well as a new one.
And while we are on the topic, I got Vaporum on last sale, it has been on my wishlist for quite a while, have you played that? I recall someone mentioned it here, but I forgot to save/star the comment.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is still on my wishlist, time to finally play it!
Yeah, loved Dread, and this looks great. Can't wait to play it.
Yeah, both amiibos look great. Not a big fan of the one in Special edition, but maybe watching a nice closeup will change my mind.
Just wait for the reviews and decide. It's not going anywhere.
While I like the style, the uncanny valley vibe has been mentioned by many people, so it's not just you.
Hopefully it won't feel like that when actually playing.
It sounds like 3D Zelda just aren't for you, but if you want to try one, this is now the most modern way to play older (non-BOTW) style 3D Zelda game.
I played about half of it recently. Last year I think. Looking forward to the remake.
Everyone is different though, so you have to decide if it's worth it for you or not.
Heh.
That's nice!

Yeah, overall an "okay" Direct. Ocarina of Time remake looks great though!

Sly Cooper (the first one, I believe) has a trophy pop-in as soon as you get control of the character, after a short cut scene.
That trophy isn't 100% either.
This looks like Chrono Trigger to me.
No worries, will keep an eye out on your next Zomboid post.
Oooooh!

That makes sense.
Rain of nukes? 😱
I know Bulldrome and Velocidrome from MH: Stories, they aren't in other games?
