Suffolk MP Patrick Spencer is charged with two sexual assaults

Why is this phrased like CPS has authorised someone to sexually assault the guy twice?

He's been in a position of power making decisions about vulnerable people's lives. It's scary

I don't think CPS go this far against an MP without some pretty solid evidence.

For now, he's only guilty of being a Conservative. I imagine he'll be guilty of a lot more before this is done.
