Simple, don't use any of their services.

Also get NoScript and set facebook.com et all as untrusted.

Yep.

I use a firewall and ReThink DNS on mobile devices to block it too.

I've never intentionally even gone to the FB website.

See, my aunt already told me how to do this back in March..... All you have to do is copy and paste this post and you're all good:
