I hope this is temporary. The flashlight community on reddit is truly amazing.

It's intended to be temporary, but I think recent events mean that Reddit is on a decline from which it will never recover its former glory. I'd like to see things move on to decentralized options precisely because it's difficult or impossible to rebuild a community like /r/flashlight.
