I loved the first one, thought it was a vastly underappreciated gem. Glad to see the sequel getting some attention, although I haven't tried it yet. Apparently there are already mods for it, and workshop support is coming in a few weeks, which is a good sign to me. The community seem to be standing behind it. Fingers crossed it's as good as I hope.

I kind of liked the first one, for a few hours. After that, I remember thinking there is no meaningful progression, or motivation to keep playing, and I never returned to it.

I also remember thinking that the mechanics are enjoyable, but they need an actual game on top of them, instead of a tech demo. Hopefully this is that game. :)

I liked the first one too! I don't remember how I even heard about it. Was it in a Humble Bundle or something?

yeah it was in a humble bundle monthly a year or two ago.

I imagine thats how most people know about it, lol

Try 8 years ago, in a regular bundle not a monthly one: https://barter.vg/bundle/1698/

Yes I did a deep dive research project as I was sure it was closer to a decade ago not a year or two 😅

There's a demo as well, if you just wanted to take a look.
