not sure, it was basically pure yellow. the creek was louder than any calls it made, so can't compare what the chirps sound like.

Looks like a Yellow Warbler to me. They like to be near water and are almost pure yellow with light reddish streaks on their chest, which I think I can see in the bird in your photo. Great shot! Warblers don’t like to sit still for long.

plus, even if it were, I'm like, 98% sure lemons can't actually grow here in Colorado.
