I'll list the ones I know from best to worst and hopefully someone else can add in the rest ranked according to their experiences🤗

From top to bottom (top being best):

  • Wire transfer
  • Stripe
  • Amazon Payment Services
  • Paypal

Seconded for wire transfer. I don't know as much about it, but going directly through banks without an intermediary who might sell your data is preferable.

SEPA Direct Debit is also a wire transfer (bank to bank)

And some institutions waive the fees, which is super nice.

Wire transfer can still go through intermediaries, although I generally don't think these companies are in the business of selling data.

For example, a bank can use a service to connect to a scheme (say SEPA, or FPS, or whatever).

Source: I have been employed by a company who does this.
