How long does Pine64 take to dispatch orders?

I put in an order for a PineTime on Monday and got the order received email. I still haven't gotten a dispatch email, are they usually this slow?

Yes, its normal for Pine64.

They ship out in batches, not individually. Depending on when the batch ships it can take a week or two to receive the shipping notice.

I ordered from them ~September last year and it took them 3 days to dispatch after the date on the order received email, so I don't think it's time to panic. It's a community initiative rather than some big corp.

Also I think they run shipping out of China so keep that in mind. Depending on when you ordered they likely had already closed up for the day.

Thanks. I'm just used to Aliexpress sellers being very fast, I'll wait.
