I think Moe is a joke of a leader.

They should bring back the old "Scorcher" psa commercials they had on in the 70's in Saskatchewan. "I am the Scorcher. I will burn your forest down!".

Sure, maybe, but it's significant to consider why those small accidental fires become large wildfires, too. There's no amount of "personal responsibility" that will stop these things.
