1. me too and im on my period. feels like shit and i have cramps that are really painful

A 4, this weekend was as close to a 9 as one could get (no major milestone events, so not a 10), and today is just very blah. I normally try to keep my stress free days around 6, but I can't kick away the feeling of how good this past weekend was

Solid 5. I actually have an app that asks me this every day and keeps track of my mood over time. Its range is 1 to 5 and last month I averaged a 2.9 which is 0.1 better than April. Slowly does it.

1. I am in deadend job, they're paying me less thanks to a roster change, and I can't afford to register my car. I've been putting money away every week but I dont earn enough anymore. I haven't seen my partner in almost a month and I had a stress breakdown this afternoon which ended up with me going home early to look for another job because I need to get out of there.

It could always be worse though.

I don't know like a 7. Work should be less hectic this week hopefully but carpal tunnel/RSI stuff is flaring up atm which hampers free time
