I think most trans women find it to be dehumanizing and transphobic. I kinda agree, although I guess I self identify with a slur people use for trans men.
The way I've understood it is that "Futa" is a very specific thing where a character in an animated medium, usually hentai, has a penis and vagina and is femme presenting, and is usually born that way or turned into that by some magic spell or something.
But that's not trans hentai that's futa hentai, so I think it's reasonable to not allow that word. I've added it to rule 2
