I thought I might share a tasty, high protein recipe for y'all.
Note: of course you don't have to add all the ingredients in the vid. If you don't have bay leaves anywhere near you, leave them out lol.

I think I’ll pass, I have all the protein I need…
(In full seriousness though, this looks extremely delicious, and I can’t wait to try and try it)

Meat Eaters when I serve them my organic fed cat steak (they don't like meat all of a sudden): 🤬
Anyway, do try it! I read that you live in a food desert, which sucks ass. I hope you're able to find the ingredients one day.

I sometimes get lucky with ingredients, and I actually like to stockpile a wide variety of recipes for such an occasion. Things happen in life, but I won't let it stop me from enjoying it as much as I can!
But mmmm, whole kitten. That's got to be at least 20 grams of protein. Need to keep min-maxing for gains.

I'm too lazy to cook onions for one hour just for myself 😅 But this looks soooo good and I'll definitely make it next time I'll cook for someone!

Great post! Tried it out this weekend, when I make it again I'll likely leave out some of the spices and the tomato paste/sauce to make it a little more traditional.
Also this inspired me to create https://lemmygrad.ml/c/commissars_cookbook since I didn't see a community for recipes yet
