Open Source email client for windows

Is there and alternative on windows that works like Thunderbird for linux and K-9 Mail for android ?

It's Thunderbird... Of course they release the code! How would it even exist without releasing the code?

BTW: K-9 is also Thunderbird.

Github doesnt mean open source, as open source doesn't mean on github.

Lots of open source stuff not on github

Github or the variations like it just make it easy to look at code when publicly available.
