I always think I’m so clever when I host a gathering because “I get to be in the comfort of my place.” And then when I’m ready for everyone to leave I remember why I shouldn’t host.

But then I forget all this and plan to host something again.

yeah i have a partner who is not as introvert as me and who actually enjoys partying late, so he's in charge past 10pm, and i just vanish :-)
