In this heat? I don't think ceiling fans are going to cut it. My tip would be to move your mobile home or RV to the mountains of New Mexico or Colorado until the end of September.
Also, what's a "medium colored drape"? I think I'd prolly need XL colored drapes. Just don't see how that helps keep the double-wide cooler.
