In my area that's Arby's, tons of commercials, tons of locations, never seen more than a single customer in the drive through at all hours of the day. Every restaurant around them within the same strip will be packed full, drive through line 20 deep, Arbys just sitting there with nothing.
Just remember that lasers literally point back at you. So if you are recorded by any other camera they will see exactly who or what vehicle did this. If it's a strong enough laser it's likely a visible beam too so in a crowd it will be extremely obvious who is pointing it.
And immediately saw the error in his ways? Absolutely not. These people get sick to the point of dying. Go to the emergency room and get healed through real medicine and the efforts of a dozen nurses and a doctor or two. Then they leave and brag to their friends and family "see told you I'd be fine" and never give credit to the REAL medicine that fixed the issue.
