[CBS News] Lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton could end accommodations for special needs students

This is a huge disservice to special needs students. Being able to test in a smaller environment with less distractions is probably the only reason I made it through high school.

I’m guessing this is so when they move to an all private school system, their cronies can increase profits further by not requiring special needs accommodations.
