Ive been using a pi model B for the last four years as a wood stove monitor, data logger and web server for the landing page of said data. Is this a big deal?
I don’t think it’s retro, but if you consider this is 12 years old and far superior than servers 12-15 years older than it I just find it amusing. That’s it

In case it makes a difference to you, it's a Raspberry Pi 1 Model B. The headline strangely omitted that information.
