Really wish the people running these bots had the courtesy of setting a basic delay between posts, at the very least. They always flood the entire "New" feed by making batches of posts instantly.
Seriously. I've personally wound up blocking the bot user accounts that I come across, because I'd rather see small niche communities in my feed. But I know some people enjoy the links, so to each their own.
I took special care in the technews bot, irradiated, to spread posting articles out over the 5m polling period so as not to make enormous dumps all at once.
