Are they married to other people? Don't know those people by name. I know affair implies they are married to other people, but sometimes media can be too judgemental.

Yes they are both married. It’s only getting attention because:

It happened publicly at a Coldplay Concert
When they got the “kiss cam” on them they reacted like a bunch of weirdos and were called on how it immediately looked like they were having an affair
Trump wants everyone to stop talking about the Epstein files
