Average ratio of CEO to lowest income worker used to be around 21:1 back in 1965.

It is now, as of 2023 estimates, somewhere around 290:1

Since 1978, CEO compensation has soared 1,085% compared with a 24% rise in typical workers’ pay.

"Boss makes 3 dollars, I make a cent" still has a nice flow to it, while being much more accurate.
