I wish I could retrace my steps, but the one point I got mildly stuck on was
::: spoiler spoiler The amount of innocents in Columns C and A. However, since I already knew there had to be 11 in total, and that C would have more innocents than any other column, they had to have 4 in it and A would have 3. If C had 3, that means A would have at most 2 and the math would be off. After that you can see who is supposed to be connected to who, and who neighbours who. :::
