Not surprised, but didn't watch, soz. What's the take-away? Use fade outs sparingly? Add them later in a project?

Its entirely dependent on the capability of your CPU. Its only really a concern if you have a very underpowered CPU or are fading a metric ton of tracks. Highly recommend watching. Its a good video.
