Do we know what the terms are? There's sometimes air time etc exchanged.
My guess though is that unlike fox, they managed to get hosts who were not divas about it in a bunch of unencrypted text messages so lawyers could explain in court the hosts are all just dumb. They could even say they sourced Fox News.
If the last case is true, they got lucky by being smaller and second, because the fox settlement was massive.
