Trump destroying the US green tech sector does not mean that China is going to take up all of it. For example in the EV space there are a lot of large non US or Chinese manufacturers like VW, Hyundai or BMW, for wind turbines the market outside China is dominated by European manufacturers, batteries are done pretty well by South Koreans as well and so forth.
