Historically, you'd call this a person who was desperate for attention online.
Now, unfortunately, reactionary media sponsors and The Algorithm has turned this person into a Thought Leader for the largest political party in the country.
Never underestimate the lengths assholes will go to for their dopamine hit fix from all the attention. There's no such thing as bad attention when you're a dopamine addict.
