Battery swap successful!

I ordered a replacement battery of eBay and followed along with the ifixit guide and somehow did not kill my probably l Pebble!

I followed the advice in the comments and did not desolder the old ribbon first but cut it and then soldered the new leeds to the PCB.

I have at best adequate skill so as long as you take your time and go slow with the adhesive it's something that can be done.

Good job! We need to do ourselves a favour and do more repair and less dispose and replace.

And in your case: Nothing beats that feeling and make you love it more than after a repair you done yourselve!
