All recommendations are welcome. In particular how to vibrate a two part mold without it breaking apart. I did not weigh the mix and water, but i suspect i used too much water. Also added about 2% plasticizer.
First time trying concrete mold. Too much water or too little vibration?

All those bubbles tells me you're putting too much water and not enough cement.
Also, dump the plasticizer entirely or reduce to 1% for now, at least until you've got a good set of samples as the plasticizer can also cause bubbles to form and sit during vibration.
