What English, American, British, Australian, etc.? For American, it sounded good but there's a lilt on some words. For example, https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english-pronunciations/awake
That lilt causes me to run words together and I'd probably need to have you repeat it. But overall, it's good.

I think it's the British tutor that is making the lilt. You'll probably want some British people to chime in then, it's probably very good to them. I'm American.
I should ask if you care who you sound like?

I definitely want to sound less foreign and more "educated". I have been living in the US for so long (in the south) and we know "foreign" is just a code word for "eff up", especially with this current administration
Life is not fair. My scope of vocabulary is pretty vast. I did pretty well on my SAT and GRE.
Since I am used to British English growing up, I am a bit biased towards Brit English even though my spouse is American....

Brit English is probably better anyway. You probably know this, but Americans are biased toward Brit English as well.
