As someone not really into VTubers, what are accessible ways to get into VTubers?

I find the concept neat but don't know where to start.

Watch some clips to find someone you like the vibes of. I started off watching clips of korone playing doom and fell into the rabbit hole from there.

Definitely clips. Or find a few doing a playthrough of a game you like, or even just a video you think might be entertaining.

I first started watching vtubers when I watched a video of Noel Shirogane playing Outlast. I had no idea of the concept of vtubers at that time, but I thought it might be a funny video. Noel was my first vtuber subscription, and various others have been added since. (Some have sadly departed as well, like Sakamata Chloe and Ceres Fauna, though you generally find them again so its not too bad).

The cool part is finding vtubers with a personality that you find entertaining. Just like a regular streamer, really.
