I always suggested they rework the Sufrace Mode into a Fire Emblem-styled Strategy RPG spin-off game and use the chibi models in that. A one time purchase $40 game with a story that coincides with that of tha game would be pretty cool IMO.
Hope this doesn't mean they arent making more Outpost Tales though. I need a full 1000 episode, 24 minutes per episode show from that.
42 is the maximum age for voluntary enlistment with the US Army where it was formerly 35. The maximum age for the Selective Service remains 25. This means the Army now matches the maximum voluntary enlistment age that the other branches of the US military have already had. The US Army temporarily did this in 2006 during the Iraq War, but lowered to back to their former normal of 35 in 2016.
Historically, the US has involuntarily conscripted for the Civil War up to age 45, WWI up to age 30 initially but was later expanded to 45, and WWII registered up to age 64 but they mostly picked only up to about age 40.
In other words: THIS ONLY APPLIES TO VOLUNTARY ENLISTMENT WITH THE US ARMY. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SELECTIVE SERVICE.
I stopped playing after that. I played Advanced Warfare and Infinite Warfare and thought they were cool but not what I expected from CoD. Also played CoD WW2 and that game isn't even a shred of what WaW is.
Let me guess, just like the FallOut 2 DMCA a few weeks ago, which Bethesda rescinded after learning about it, some third party that uses AI to search for DMCA violations filed yet another false takedown. Again. Most likely without Microsoft even knowing about it.
EDIT: Its the exact same third party as the one that Bethesda overturned after learning about it earlier. I expect this one to be overturned soon as well.
Steam is only a monopoly by technicality. It isnt Steam's fault that all the other competition is literal trash compared to Steam. Except maybe GOG, but they don't typically offer the kinds of games I would buy on Steam. I only buy DRM-free games on GOG, if it has DRM I just buy it on Steam.
Sandwiches would have a food monopoly by technicality if the other options were 3 week old poached eggs and dog feces. That's not sandwiches fault, and sandwiches shouldn't be forced to sell less so more people are coerced into eating the other two options that suck.

Never forget Silent Hill Ascension is part of Konami thinking they understand Silemt Hill. The same people that thought that was good are directing what new Silent Hill games get made.
I have a launch edition Series X. $900 is way too much for a transparent green shell for a console I already own.
Now, if they have a loyalty program that lets me buy just the plastic shell and controller only so I can put my own console into the shell for like $100 with proof of GamerTag? Sold without a second thought.

I don't really collect them, just picked them up over the years for viewing and held onto them ever since. Same with all my VHS tapes and DVDs. It's not really for any sort of "preservation effort" per se, as there are already really clean digital copies of what I have available online and even on streaming platforms in some cases, just that I bought them and used them like any other normal person does. Hopefully they still work after I die, maybe the next generation will have interest to use them (and not just hoard them to sell at auction after being graded at some corrupt auction house like Heritage).

For context, I own a LaserDisc Player, and a good amount of anime OVA LDs. I saw Twinkle Nora Rock Me "before it was cool," probably. Its just a joke after all.
Ex Arm is pretty good, but I am fairly certain it has more total animation frames. Honestly, why even waste the time with so many frames? Twinkle Nora Rock Me! proved peak didnt need all those extra frames, its just waiting for the cult classic revival it deserves.
Sounds great. Can people choose to opt-out and not claim the "digital entitlement" and continue to play with the disk as normal, or will it be forced the next time a disk game is played? What are the down sides, seems like none right now.
If Xbox continues to support disks on their next console, they might be able to eke out a big portion of console buyers from PlayStation with this kind of move.
I like the linear missions, but just exploring the open world and discovering things naturally is fun too. I think they could have done more with that, and it definitely feels like the game was way more linear in early development, but with all the updates CDPR managed to make something pretty cool IMO.
This game has absolutely horrendous performance problems.
It baffles me that people are rating this higher than games like KOTOR and Republic Commando.

I think people severely underestimate the freak of the average healthcare worker.
