You can see these poor souls (grotesquely obese hogs) at the Iowa State Fair if you’re in the Midwestern US!
They aren't obese. That's what a muscled up hog looks like.
The ones that are as big as a car and can’t get up to walk around?
Big as a small car, maybe. Can't get up and walk around? No. That's not a thing at the fair. You'd get run out by the judges. I used to show hogs.
