I forgot to put the feta cheese on before the picture.
Side of naan bread cuz I couldn't get pita bread side of leftover spicy Italian pork sausage pasta. Homemade Greek salad dressing.
Cost per person, probably about $3 because I used expensive cucumbers. And OTC mini naan. Otherwise this would be dirt cheap.

Looks a little sparse on the Greek peasant.

We make Greek Salad often as well. You already mentioned the Feta but I can also recommend adding some chickpeas. While not really part of a Greek salad traditionally, they do add a nice filling component to make it a satisfying meal.

Joke's on me. Apparently the chickpeas we use are actually made in Greece. The more you know...

Hummus is Greek. Hummus's chickpeas. It's very Greek. But not typically on a Greek salad.

My favorite salad. The whole meal looks great. Bet the pasta paired very well. Nice work.

Greek salad & flatbread is one of my favorite meals. I like it with salmon & honey ginger green tea.
