It looks like a female northern parula to me. The field marks I'm seeing that make me think that are: the greenish cap and mantle, the blue wing with white wing bars, and the yellow throat.

It's possible. I wasn't positive on the identification. I've never seen a northern parula in the area before. I am inside its range, though.
