It just redirects to msn.com tho. It's not linking to any specific article despite being a link to a specific article from the posted URL.

it shows the whole article for me. Maybe you have an adblocker that is disabling it or something?

That was my first thought; but it still redirects when I turn off uBlock and my paywall bypasser.

Worked fine in Chrome tho. Might be the browser identifier.

That was it. I changed my user agent to Chrome and it stopped redirecting.
