I believe they are referring to the fact there is not a single moral bone within the Disney corporation unless as an act when doing so is the most optimal path to obtain mo' money.

Yeah, honestly, attributing unmitigated evil to Disney is vastly overstating things. Are the people charge a bunch of amoral capitalist ghouls? Absolutely. That doesn't mean everything to do with the company is evil and ghoulish.
