Think of it as pasta, rice, potatoes... Make a sauce or season it to your liking

Add a handful or two to anything saucy you're making. E.g. soups, stews, chillies, curries etc.
It's not entirely unlike adding beans.

Add it to soups, stews, pasta dishes to add protein. Use it to replace ground beef.
