I've taken to just calling people assholes. People accept it for men, women, and NB folks. I never meant it in a sexist way before and I don't really care what term I use. I want something that indicates this person is not sensitive to the needs of others and does whatever they want.
I bet this woman gets called difficult and bitchy and in her mind she's a confident and carefree powerful woman. "good thing that waiter met me, otherwise they'd never know what they were doing wrong."
