They played an edited version of that video when Luchasaurus came back at Forbidden Door, edited to obscure the identity of the mad doctor. So it's not supposed to be that he just came back, but the identity of just who brought him back is now revealed.

Not really, he was revived last month and went after Christian and they showed the tail end of the promo with him being revived.
Nick gets injured, Kip treats him like shit and he has a falling out.
Then tonight we see the full package and Jack Perry revived him. Jurassic Express reunites and looking back they were the only 2 guys who actually treated each other right.
